Need Scaling Info

Scince this game dosen't have a option to scale the unit sizes larger or smaller, does anyone know the scale sizes they used to make units look to the actual scale size like they are in some screen shots and such?

 

and if there is a mod that has already done this, could I have info on it?

Change Scale_Factor and Size_Value in the xml files for the ships, etc.
