For those of you not lucky enough to own/have any professional media production tools that want to do modding, I suggest getting the following XML editor:

It is a pretty damn good XML editor and best of all it is a FREE gift from a cool German professor.

The BEST xml editor in MY opinion, is Notepad++

 

Notepad++ is what was used to make Bryants Mod and to make the GMP. It colors all the xml, groups is and all the good stuff you would expect in a high quality program, except Notepad++ is FREE
