Spartan Posted February 26, 2006 Share Posted February 26, 2006 (edited) For those of you not lucky enough to own/have any professional media production tools that want to do modding, I suggest getting the following XML editor: http://www.philo.de/xmledit/ It is a pretty damn good XML editor and best of all it is a FREE gift from a cool German professor.
