so what is needed

so what is needed to be able to add new units?  I mean image wise...  and about how long until we get it

We can alreadt edit .dds textures and such with photoshop. However, to make new icons, we need an .mdt (or .mtd, can't remember which) editor, and something to edit .alo and .ala (models) files with. Those need to be cracked, or Petro needs to send out mod tools for them...whichever happens first...
