Rapter Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 *WISHLIST* Battlegroups: Battlegroups would be a group of 10 ships, which when zoomed out on the map would look as only 1 ship with an icon over it, but when zoomed in, would look like 10 ships. This would be done to reduce lag issues when zoomed out, and when zoomed in, to make battles much much bigger =). Solar Systems: Instead of just having one planet on the galaxy map, why not have the entire system? This would be done by have only the planet on the map, but when you zoomed in onto the selected planet, you get to look at the entire system itself, and could build stations, on the planets, etc. When an invading fleet comes, they would have to take each planet in the system to control the system and its benefits entirely. (thats all for now, i think everything else has been mentioned.)
D3STRUCTOR Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 1. being able to select what ships come into a space battle before it starts. This would mean that you could pick if you wanted certain heroes to go into battle right away or just use weak ships to gauge the enemies strength before bringing in the heavy-hitters 2. a way to destroy the death star before it destroys the planet.Right now there is no possible way to destroy the imperial fleet before the death star fires. how about a longer timer or if the battle is won by the empire the death start fires. 3. progression of republic to the empire/republic tech slowly advancing/being replaced by empire tech. This would give the game a sense of progression and background such as the premise of the missions from peace-keeping to oppression.
