Has anyone managed to make the Pirate side a playable side??

Is it actually possible to allow the skirmish mode to be expanded to allow players to use the pirate side instead of rebel or imperial??

why would you want to play with pirates? i think they where nevermeant to be controle either. besides they have very weak units, in fact only 2 space units!

they actually have there own hero and several ships and fighters that were cut from the game, that I will be adding in with the GMP.

Thanks Cain, Bryant. I know they haven't got an overall great selection to choose from but perhaps they could steal tech from both of the other sides, but only allow them to steal certain types. For example. Perhaps their most powerful ship could be the Venator, and I'm sure they would use V-wings, Z95's and their standard selection of units.

 

I'm sure it would increase the playability if you have the choice of three sides instead of the regular two.

From what I've seen from the files, they meant to have a "slicer" unit (Apparently, a girl) steal tech along with the droids... but was left out for some reason or another.

Could not be Winter if theyd stick close to the EU, because Winter always worked for the Rebel Alliance and never for Black Sun.

If it's a Black Sun heroine, it most probably would be Guri.
