I already said i have all (expect water and shader, which i can`t move ) details on MAX

that will have something todo with the speed of your computer AND your graphics card.

 

I recently got more RAM to speed my computer up and now i have more detail while on MAX settings than what i did before i got the extra RAM

yes just beceaseyou put the scrollers on max deosn't mean your pc can do the max settings :'(

thereshould be a law that says that all people should be provided with top-of-theline alien ware pc's

You will need your res up to the highest your monitor can handle. And to do that, you need a pretty good comp (mine cant :'().

Anyway, what Hadoken said is right. Just because you put max sets on doesnt mean that your comp can handle it.

Mine works great with all the settings up at max so long as I keep the antialiasing off. If I turn it on, the game goes almost nowhere on ground maps and slightly slowed on space maps.
