How do you get Vader to Geonosis in mission 4?

Think its mission 4 i have all the planets, and no i want to go to Geonosis and it says i got to escort Vader thier, problem is i cant find him on the Galactic map lol and clicking on his portrait isnt geting me anywere, any one able to help

 

Got a flet of 15 Tartens and 20 Acc'S waiting to escort Vader hehe.

hes probably killed? look at the 'meter' once it is full he should apear

He isnt dead, he never died in any of my prevous missions and his full ready on the meter, i just cant find him on the Galactic map or is thier soming ells that im missed lol.

did he vanish when you mvoed him once? i had that bug the very first time i played but never been able to repeat it since. i mvoe him from planet to space and he just vanished.

Nope i didnt move him into space i left him were he was at mission 3 on that planet after Fondor cant remember its name now but, he probably is invisable.

If i where you i would just look at all of your fleets and ground forces for him.

there is a button next to the map where you can get the units on top, try that

tried that as well, tried them all before i posted here, theirs got to be some way to make Vader re-apear its so fustrating atm because i spent most of the day going lesourly threw mission 4 Galactic map before one can do mission 4 and got all the planets green, got Sullust and Naboo etc and yet nothing  ??? Delphi any thing your going to fix? in a future patch, the problem with dispearing characters, i heard Mon Mothma also dose this, probably other characters too.

I haven't had the disappearing problem, but I had a duplicate of the sundered heart, it wasn't real, but when I moved his fleet away from Fresia after stealing the X-Wing a fake pic of his fleet remained there. I just had to move him back to that spot and than away again and it disappeared.

  >  I am having a similar problem.  I think it is the second game (it has 10 planets) and I have conquered all of them save one (and there seems to be either another planet or something down and to the left of that one).  I am told that Vader wants to participate in the fleet attack, and I have included him with the fleet.  However, no matter what planet I move the fleet to to attack the planet it won't let me do it, it tells me I have a message, and the message is Vader wants to participate in the attack, but he is part of the fleet attacking!?!  I am getting frustrated as I can't find anything in the manual that would indicate why I can not complete my attack.  Everything I'm doing I've done with all the other planets I've conquered (pirates), but this one that has (apparently) the rebels I can't even get my fleet in orbit.  Most frustrating.  Bug?

This sucks. I have also conquered everything i could because i thought that would solve the problem but Vader is still missing and cant be found anywhere. Dont tell me anything about respawing because 100 galactic days have passed and nothing.

Thats just wonderfull, i cant proceed anymore cause i need him and to invade geonosis and after playing plenty of hours for nothing i stop playing the game as a result of the frustration.

Hope they could fix this cause i dont think its a rare incident because people talk about it on other forums too.

The worst thing is that you dont know that Vader has really dissapeared until you are ready to invade geonosis and thats a pretty good reason to uninstall the game...

I got all the way to the Veers mission (I think that's the one after Geonosis or the Han Solo one).  I haven't run into any problems that everyone else has had yet, but all I can recommend you do is try again from the beginning if a reload doesn't solve the problem.

 

The one problem I can remember though is I had been doing my maintenance routine on my computer, running adaware and spyware etc. and cleaned out some files.  It wound up cleaning out apparantly, the files associated with the game's key which necessitated a fresh install which sucked.
