We have been talking about diffrent things

Ok i have been reading into several topics, and i noticed several people are reffering to files, what should you make able to edit the FULL game.

I tried the files, but came out cheated. The files are always for the game

i get several results

1 or the game starts up without problems but without the changes i made

2 or the game gives a exceptional error and crashes to desktop

 

There IS a program that extracts all the files and gives you 3 folders

 

scripts

resources

xml

 

Now, I edited a small detail: I increased the pop in spacebattles from 20-25 to 35 until 50.

What i do not know is where do i extract the 3 folders?

Do i put the folders into a new empty folder with aspecific name?

also it is verry confusing, as you do not konw if your talking about the FULL game or the DEMO version. if anyone posts a new reply on a random topic, be sure that people know what version you are talking about.

Try putting them into the data folder. Where did you get the program you used?
