SP2?

Hi,

 

Newbie here. I am just about to go out and buy EaW (yay =)) but I wanted to know whether EaW requires XP's Service Pack 2 to play? I read somewhere that it does, but that would suck, since I don't have SP2 and don't want it either.

 

So, does EaW require XP SP2 to play or will SP1 suffice?

Games doent requiere a service pack... just install the demo and voila you can play it

i have the full version, and i can play the game no problem

he is richt service pack 2 is bad;.. it does not secure your computer but the oppsites

i loathe using a firewall which is why i only use it at lans, but anti-virus should be enough to keep the insecurities of sp2 and windows in general in check...along with regular checks at windowsupdate.com

 

oh and to use firefox for browsing!
