Petroglyph FF challenges LEC and Petroglyph to battle

What do you guys think about this?

 

We planned to challenge Petorglyph too but Delphi-PG did it first. Anyway in the interest of good PR for the whole community we try to generate more eaw history.

 

We have in mind a EAW MP 2vs2 - I know that some of the LEC moderators will love to teach us a lesson ... if they can of course ... as much as we will love to crush The Dark Moose, [LEC] Rogue, Master Mike or Catch 22.

 

I may describe this challenge as a constructive PR and I bet that the EAW fans will love to see who will bite first the galactic dust.

 

So ... if the LEC moderators have the free time needed to take the challenge and show us their true gamer powers - we should decide on a date and on the people who will represent both sides in this unofficial duel.

haha I remember there being said about whether or not replays will exist in the game, but can't remember if they are going to or not. so are there going to be?

While your post is irrelevant in this thread on its own, it does bring up a good idea in context.  The first patch should, as I understand, deal with MP issues and add the recording feature.  We need to test this feature out so that these matches can be recorded and hosted.  I am sure that most people here at least would like to view them.

We need to determine the participants and their availability of course.  I would think that a Saturday would be the best bet overall to get a time that works for most people, but who knows.  I know that my time frames are Monday - Thursday from 7PM CST - 1AM CST each day and Friday 7PM CST through(no stopping) Sunday 10pm CST.  CST = Central Standard Time which is -6 GMT.

Teradyn I don't imagine that crashing Petroglyph Game Design departament champions will be easy. We need to get the game, train our selfs a bit - discover our champions and then go to battle.

 

This should take us a week or two.
