i don't really want to be one of the leader's even though i've been associated with starting up PFF since the beginning. you guys seem more devoted than i was anyways, cuz i was at basic training :\

 

i'll take an officer position, i'll also start a website for us pretty soon, prolly this weekend. so please get some ppl together to take a full head count and their name.

 

the guys who are co-officers should be called leutenants or something. but the whole ranking thing is for you to decide, idk why you said 'it's not a heirarchy' fosh, lol cuz you still listed some of the ranks ppl are. but i do say we give everybody equal say.

Well I only gave a "Hierarchy" as it was me and G_S who started it and you and Gen.Vader are moderators.  We do however need one or two people to act as a leader.

 

I nominate G_S and Ismael as they are Admins

I nominate GS and Fosh as they are the leaders of the forums. But if Cain or Ishmael want to get involved, then they could lead as well.

 

I will help organize events, but probably not be a leader.

ok, im trying to establish a CoC (chain of command)

 

so here it is so far...

 

Leaders (make the yes/no final approval)

GS

Cain

Ismael

 

Officers (work for the leaders)

GrAviTy (me)

Fosh

 

Leutenants (work for the ONLY officer they are assigned to)

dorkthehunter (you work for me, gravity by organising events so that i may pass it up the chain of command)

 

Troops(they work for ALL the Leutenants)

not decided who this will be yet.

 

 

but basically Troops start the entire process. the CoC works where it starts at the very bottom of the chain or the very top. So troops have just as much importance as the Leaders, so there is equal say at each part of the process. The CoC is a lovely thing, keeps the military that i serve running strong, and so it will keep this community running the same way i would think

 

 

i will make a CoC topic when everything is finalized to prevent any confussion as to how the CoC will work, and ofcourse the leaders have to approve my CoC recommendation.

 

if any1 desires a certain position within the PFF community please ask here. and give the reasons why we should select you to be at that position.

I veto my placement as a leader.  The Leaders need to be able to add new members to the clan and I am only a moderator so that is my reasoning.  I can't even moderate this forum fully.

Okay....in an attempt to increase some sort of interest in PFF multiplayer, I think we should make a new leader ladder(hehe...that sounds cool). Since people have left, and moderators have changed and so on and so forth. I think that if we have some leaders to spearhead the operation, PFF could become known in the EAW online community and throughout the world!!!! *cue evil laugh*.....(just kidding about the second part) But seriously, for being the best EAW forum, we sure have a sad representation online.

I think after FoC comes out, we should vote then because not many people will be playing EAW after that.

Anyways ya do whatever floats your boat and want to do a X-mas EAW event? All X-mas all of PFF Regulars will be hosting games with "PFF Event" in the game name and just inviting other PFF members. We haven't had a PFF event before PFF came out. Only the Warcraft 3 event flew but nothing else....*wacks all the PFF regulars over the head with a spiky hammer* your fault  >
