i know i also experimented with that a bit, but to be able to drop more units is much more diifficult none of the mods changed that until now

 

No it's not, just change the Population_Value to 0.

If i could request a small mod where u have a full Galaxy, but the empire and rebels start on 1 planet each, and spread out from there cuz i don't like how in the galatic conquest the planets are all spread out. I would like to be able to pick the planets to go after in the beginning instead of just be given certain planets i think it should be very easy to do that but i know zero about modding so that would be cool if someone could do this. ;D

i beleive he means that the demo was made to make units VERY quickll

 

It was. I've been playing the EaW full version all morning, and even when time is set to double units build and  transit between planets slower than normal time in the demo...

I just developed a new mod that does the following:

 

I remade the Galactic Conquest Campaign with only 1 Rebel planet (Yavin) and 3 Imperial Planets (Corucsant, and two others next to it). The rest of the 43-planet system is occupied by pirates, but a few of the planets are empty.

 

I will think of expanding the editing of this campaign into including ALL the heroes available in the game but I need time to research how (if anyone can point me in the right direction, hint hint)...

Adding new heroes is easy.

 

In the campaign list info, there is a section that has the rebel heroes and imperial heroes under the respective factions. It says stuff like "Mon_Mothma_Team" and such.

 

Just add desired hero "team," then place them on a planet in the "Starting Units" area. Tada!

 

I'm going to try and add all the planets to multiplayer, but first, I want to find out if its possible to remove autoresolve when fighting Pirates. I fear it may be hardcoded.

Ask an ye shall receive!  Thanks for the info, I'll work on that tonight.  If I can get that to work (so far so good), I will then work on adding more planets and scaling fo the galaxy map...  I like long, drawn-out games!
