Imperial Defense Force Clan

 

IDF Clan Main message:

 

  Welcome. You have entered the region of space controlled by the Imperial Defense Force. We are a specialized division of the Grand Army of the Republic that is highly trained in using the most advanced technology and elite combat maneuvers. We are separately commanded, from the typical Republic Fleet, and are under direct command of the Jedi Council on Coruscant. Our military is trained in Star Wars: Empire at War, Star Wars: Jedi Academy and Star Wars: Battlefront II. We are always willing to expand into any new games that should be released. We only accept the best and brightest into our numbers, and span all across the home world. All applicants need to be at least sixteen years of age and a resident of any North American, or European Nation. We are happy to make any exception at the request of the recruit. We ask that players be good-mannered in nature, loyal, and dedicated. Also we ask that all members have the availability to attend practices and other training sessions in the games they participate in, and be active on our clan community.

 

 

  With the release of Star Wars: Empire at War coming soon, our clan will be recruiting for all open positions. Also, we will be looking into the possibility of alliances with other clans in the game, to get a feel for the community. Right now, we already have three personnel ready for the release. Our clan members are currently playing modified versions of the demo, attempting to get a better grasp on the game, including space combat. The full product of Star Wars: Empire at War will be released in the United States on February 16, and internationally, the day after, on February 17. Should you be interested in joining our clan before the release, please stop by our forums and complete your application. We are always on the lookout for good-mannered players that are interested in joining, and share our views on gaming. You should know that our clan will participate in clan practices, as well as matches against other clans. We play both Imperial and Rebellion factions with pride. If you're interested in joining a talented, dedicated, and desirable clan, we are, without a doubt, the smartest choice, and one of the oldest Empire at War clans on the internet.

Are you looking for a clan but do not know which one to join? Our clan offers many opportunities for both types of gamers whether or not you are a casual or professional. We are one of the few clans that are specializing in a Star Wars Universe, most clans together are multi-gaming meaning that you will be exposed to players that you share no interest with and that do not even play the same type of game. Do you think that ranks are just assigned by Commanders to their friends as sort of a way to stay in power? That's not so with the Imperial Defense Force. While yes we have a traditional military ranking structure from Crewman to Fleet Admiral, we also have Civilian Governmental spots available ranging from Represenatives to Supreme Chancellor, these positions are elected in and anyone may run for these positions. So whether or not your a casual or professional gamer Imperial Defense Force has something to offer, from scrimmages, ladders and to even training for new recruits that just purchased their games.

Well no but its basically a group that would host games and other people would join them. Just asking around the forum here would only get you about 1 player but when we're grouped it would get you many more  ;D So we're more of a "guild" then a clan. PFF Group that is  : Clearing it up. Since its a busy time of year its quiet but I will post up anothre event and if nobody joins aint my fault.
