When playing the admiral Zarainn campagin and you upgrade to space station level three an exception fault is created and the came crashes.

Hmm, I ran into a situation where I upgraded a station to level 3 and when it was done, it was level 2 still.  I upgraded it again and it took.  I thought I was losing my mind, but apparently there is something else going on.

 

I didn't have a chance to test it somewhere else (it was on Coruscant) because the game crashed when zooming in on Kessel.

I get some pretty random errors occuring. Some when i'm just looked around the galatic map and one when i double clicked on a unit in a planet. Guessing it's due to the demo not ment to being able to handle this.

 

Yes - I also assume this. The demo files are messy no matter how much cleaning you do.

 

As for the space station looking like that - its because I use the level 2 model but they have lever 2,4,5 stats I assume.

Did the enermy hold space overbove, if so it stops you building it, it does about 30% and then goes, or if you have no sapce units in space and the enermy flys a fleet past your planet the building is canceled

Awesome mod.  Anyway, I know this has been said before, but my game freezes whenever I zoom in on Byss.  It ONLY HAPPENS ON BYSS by the way.  Haven't found anything else wrong with this version yet (except for a few missing textures, but while your being chased by an AT-AT, tornado, and ten squads of stormtroopers, who's complaining?)

Ok guys its clear - one Imp Space Station has a problem of missing gallactic model.

 

Pls consider informin me if you can what station do you think it was over that planet.

What side did you played ... guys ... give as many details as you can. I know there must be the stations secondary modells.

Oh, sorry.  forgot to put it in.  I was playing as Admiral Zaarin.  This has occured multiple times.

ZOMGEDIT!!:  I made a new campaign and I can go to Byss fine.  Whatever was causing it passed.....or moved to a different planet....... I got exceptioned after an extremely long, bloody, wasteful battle at Coruscant (which had me angry again at lack of save function)  but, anyway, yeah, it's still there.

Loll - look in trhe files there - you have 6 folders to choose 3 different modes for alliance or empire. The additional folder inside the zip is called "Play Mode Select (copy'come back here'paste)"

why does this happen to me?????

 

i play as rebels.... get my butt stomped... empire, same thing, do i just suck for some reason? im good at tacitcs and everything? it seems like the ai has infitnite money to me

That is very interesting.  I was completely shocked the last time I played when the Empire attacked Tatooine and then assaulted the ground.  Was the first non-accidental (during the initial planet rush) that the AI has attacked me.  I always play on hard settings and as the Empire.  This was my first attempt at Rebels (which seem more accurate on this side as well by the way).

Cain Pro work with ur mods dude(4.0)... all around bitchin(5.0).. lotsa respect(6.0)... can we expect to play against your masterminded self online for EAW???

 

 

 

Loll - Yes.

 

Anyway there is a problem in 6.0 with Zooming in galactic mode when Zaarin has a level 3 space station. You will get a crash. It seems to be a Base_Level 3 Pirate issue - if i change it - no more crash - but no more build level 3 spacestation too :(

 

So for the moment just avoid zooming on Zaarin's spacestations level 3 - maybe there is a way we can go around them. They work ...but just don't planet zoom on them in galactic map.

 

Btw here is a fix for the turbolaser batteries - so 3 towers will show on the map not only 1. It is attached.

Awesome mod indeed, allthough I didn't play it to the end. We need to enable the save button... but the full version is coming so... Anyway, I enjoyed it, I didn't encounter any problems, unlike Warlord 5.0 where on land battles I was allways stuck with invisible enemies. I played as the Empire only, they own.

 

Oh, there was another invisible enemy, but I don't remember the planet, anyway, I retreated (great feature) and then attacked again, and the Planet was mine.

Yes - if you find that inivisble enemy remove it> I also want you to block Zaarin at leve2 spacestation but give him a level 5 spacestation on corellia.

 

i dont have had the crash yet.. but isnt it possible to leave that level of the station out and just upgrade the level2 for example only a more powerfull shield and/or upgrade of some weapons?

 

The error is not actually an error since you can build it easly in galactic mode - the problem only appears when you zoom in to the planet. It seem to actualy be a base level issue. If I change that similar to level 2 - no more problems - but again you can't build them after since they require a gradual increase in numbers.

 

The only solution is to find what exactly shows up when you upgrade from level 2 to 3 in zoom mode. (it works for imps) - so the pirates are missing that - we need to know what that is so we can remove it ....

 

So to recap - if I give it the level 2 stats

it works fine - the problem is that it will no longer be shown in the queque as a possible build option after level 2. So the ideea is that we need to find a way to make sure that the pirates base level 3 exists - i think.
