Here it is people! I'll let you read it for yourself, but it's apparently a mix of the several ideas we came up with a while back.

 

They must have suffered some permenant environmental damage as some of us suspected, but it appears Taris will never be what it once was. It looks to be a major pirate stronghold as well.

The good thing is the screenshots area. The attention to detail on the Space units is quite something. Of course you will need a solid card to get what they show. This should silence the critics who say the detail is lacking. With this game gone gold for the best part of 10 days now. It's really beginning to show it's true colours, even if we might not have a copy yet  ;D

Taris was being rebuilt in KOTOR II, so of course its done by this time period

the planet from KotOR2 isn't Taris. Taris was the first world in KotOR1, which the Sith bombarded. I can't remember the name of the KotOR 2 planet, but it was Carth's homeworld.
