Game Freeze at Startup

The Game freezes on Startup, it just sits at the Empire at War Demo screen, till i Ctrl Alt Delete.  This happening to anybody else? Edited January 19, 2006 by Cain

Please report this in the feedback forum.  You might want to give it more time though, I thought there was something wrong with mine, but I just had to wait for a bit.

that happens in my computer too, i just wait like 4 mins and then it starts

it happens likewise, it just stays there for like 5 min, its not a freeze thank god!

do control alt delete...right click on EaW, click the minimize button(it doesnt usually minimize) wait a little bit...right click again and hit maximize and it should work...or atleast it did for me

yeah it just needs time i thought that the Demo wasn't working the first few times i tried, then i got distracted and it had loaded it just needs a couple of minutes.
