EAW Feedback: Small unit&character icons need improving?

:arrow: Ok I am usually a pixel worker and looking at the small .jpgs from the units icos in the menus or in ships I've seen that they can be improved.

:arrow: I know that people tend to look first at the textures in 3D but the 2D count too in the long term.

:arrow: From what I've seen they only seem to be resized and pasted there with minimal work after their 3D counterparts. I think they should be corrected an improved by hand with a small pixel work. It will probably take 4-5 days to do small corrections here and there but since you see icons all over the game it will be worthwhile.

:arrow: It is also possible that I'm only looking at the screenshots and they may be already getting pixel damage from that only but then again I have corrected all the small icons in the SW Rebellion and I know that they can be overlooked by the developers.

:arrow: Excellent small icons are easy to make but also easy to avoid them to be improved - still and they will give to the player's secondary perception a better sensation of a quality game.

I think you're right. The icons CAN be improved. But I don't the think the devs will take care of this until the release of the game. They are hard working to bring the game to us as fast and proper as they can, and these icons and such are just details without very much purpose.

I think that cries for some volunteers to modify the icons and make them high-quality.

Any volunteers in here? :?::wink:
