How to get an Avatar on here (Temporary Fix)

For all those whos avatars are red Xs, you must direct link your picture by using Photobucket (or others). Then put your URL on the bottom line where it says "Avatars". *Note* Temporary only. JI will fix it until you can upload it.

Here's a temporary avatar fix:

 

First, host your avatar image on photobucket. Then copy the URL of the image.

 

Go to Profile (on this site) and then the most bottom text box in the avatar section is Link to and Off-Site image. Paste the URL of your photobucket image there and as long as you keep your avatar in your photobucket account it should be okay.

 

This is only temporary though! Because your bandwidth will eventually be used up and your avatar wont display. As soon as JI fixes the avatar settings it would be best to upload it.
