C&C map making

Well i'm just bored and wanted to have a warm up before starting on EAW map making later in the year. Well if I finish this map anybody want to try it out? Thinking of doing a city map and I really hope I can get it it properly done with the teams.

 

Tips with setting up teams?

Yeah! I love map editing. I've created a few maps for Zero Hour. Im assuming you mean Zero Hour? I can send you a completed skirmish map and mission map I've done for the game if you need help with team set up and scripting.

Well all I want to do now is just create a foolin around map with cities and cars. Just need car jackers and have fun. Hey can planes fly in this(private Cessnas)? Maybe I can get planes into the game for fun

I could never get the A.I. to work on those maps....lol how do you get them do work?

I didn't its just I cant get it to show :S Well for single player skirmish (sandbox mode).

 

 

Damn this map making made me have a C&C dream of me just using a rocket launcher unit to destroy a whole mob of people but killed like 10 (fps) and then destroy trucks with cargo.

 

Well the map is finished on my end just need it to work now. You can downloaded here and use it for multiplayer if it works. Only for Generals version not Zero Hour.

I havent been on much today sorry Ghostly. I can take a look at your map this afternoon.

 

As for the AI, getting it to work takes skills =). I would recommend download the manual for world builder, and reading it. Its extensive, but it explains all you need to know.

 

If anyone wants an example of an AI capable map, p.m. me and ill send you it via email.

Alright thanks Popcorn. Well if I add the AI all they're going to do is ruin the purpose of the map. Hacker yard, Grand Theft Auto, Cessna flying and Hovercraft fun No AI or they'll just ruin it.
