Again, its similar to Battle Front 2 in that way, heroes just "Take a leave of absense"

 

as for Red Squadron, its 18 X-Wings and 12 Y-Wings at Yavin

Heroes can't be turned off in GC mode. There are certain heroes on the Rebel side needed for tech adv.

 

So, then modding the game by changing the respawn rate to 9999999 would not work then in GC mode huh? It is going to take someone that knows about game programming to change this around a bit so hroes wouldn't be needed to advance the game.

Lol the spawn rate and most of the other mod's will have to be coded by experts.

yeha it does sound that way but the problem with that is that the XML files are the key the way the game runs playing with them can have serious reprocussions if you change the wrong thing.
