Building shipyards

Just purchased Rebellion. On some systems, I try to build a shipyard, but the "checkmark" box is greyed out. I have plenty of refined materials, so I don't know what the problem is. Steep learning curve!

After years of multiplaying SWR I come to the conclusion that it is a science to play that game not cos of its difficulty or such things but of the many things u have to plan isochronal including managing own resources and trying to hurt the human enemy hard and constant but also to check out his plans early enough to avoid them.

1. SWR I , SWR II but we prefer to play SWR I cos SWR II is only inofficial and laggy and SWR I is more intensive to play

2. to things happen at the same time = these two things happen isochronal

U dont know the word chrono? Its Latin and means time.

iso means being the same (isotherm means reaction with same temperature therm=temperature; Latin too

 

so together: isochron parallel at the same time
