Taming Creatures

Alright, the forums have been kinda slow lately with alll this depressing news, so let's try something new.

 

Does anyone know if you have the option to tame the native creatures in the game? Give 'em the old stun stick treatment, then add them to your forces? I don't know about you, but I think a rancor would make an exellent anti-infantry tool, although I think Rebels taste funny anyway...

 

Also, does anyone know if there are Krayt Dragons on Tatooine? Ok, I'm smart enough to figure out they're not on the unit list currently, but does anyone have any plans to mod them in? Every since KOTOR, they've been at the top of my Star Wars favorite creature list. Suprise suprise, eh?

I managed to tame my friends wife, so anything is possible. But I doubt I will be able to work that magic in Empire At War. Besides, why would you want to tame creatures? If you wanted to do that, you should have played Galaxies, pre NGE

Well we know there is the force ability "force corrupt" and we know it works on aliens, I can also see it working on the local creatures.

Anywho: Nevets already said it: Force Corrupt!!!

We also know that you can use the native population to fight for you.

Anyway i dont really care whether or not creatures can be tamed unless they are particularly useful. Like trying to sneak a creature near an enemies base making it seam innocent then...Attack! lol

 

Or use it for a distraction or somethin....

Somehow I doubt that will work. I don't think many people willl be fooled that a rancor is harmless and let it walk into their base. You would have to be a real noob to fall into a trap like that!

im lockin the thread, we know force corrupt will tame creatures, no other info has said otherwise
