Weapons is just a Hyperspace Tractor Beam

Target Pre-NJO was a habited System (i'll post the name when i get home [currently at school]) but Wedge Antillies was incharge of the Evacuation of the 3-6 million residents.

The Suncrusher is a superweapon Developed by Tol Sivron, Qwi Xux and Bevel Leminsk at the Maw Research Installation new Kessel.  It is mentioned in the First book in the Jedi Academy series.

 

If you mean IN SW Lore it is the Centrepoint station mentioned trhought the Corellian Trilogy, NJO Jedi Eclipse and The Dark Nest series.  (The Killiks Say they made it).  It is rumored to have been produced by the Celestrials...No Idea who the hell these guys were though.
