The Fifth Question Poll

Ok, the mods have been seriously discussing the fifth question to ask Delphi and we have narrowed it down to five choices. You have a choice of these five and no others. Although there is an option for another one of your choosing, given time restrictions there is little to no chance of these making the cut, but we will take note of them just in case. Please do not spam the thread with additional questions, only post additional ones if you voted other, and please only the one question. Let's try to keep this organised. Thank you.

 

Your choices are as follows:

 

1) How do bacta tanks work? Will you be able to place your troops in there during a battle or before/after a battle? Also how long and how much health will it give the units? How do you repair vehicles?

 

2) Can you give us any information on what you plan to include in any possible demo, and what features and modes we can expect to see?

 

3) Is there any information you can give as to how base building and expansion going to be handled both on the planet and for space stations?

 

4) Will large ships be produced out in the open and will we be able to see them slowly be built?

 

5) What can we expect in terms of the average length of both an individual skirmish and an entire campaign?

A difinitive answer to whether we can truely use hit and run tactics would be nice.

What I can say from the Games Convention: Short answer: No.

Each big ship came from a point out of the map with high speed and went down to zero speed at your spacestation. Than you was able to mark the ship and command it.

The fighters came direct out of the spacestation as I can remember.

It seems the best out of the bunch for me. I am intereasted to see how the construction is handled, and hopefully it wont just be ships appearing.

I believe that Little B. said that that was something that they did for the demo and it could change. They have hinted at the ability to sabotage in construction ships. Nothing definate but I think that the demo will let us know if there is a campaign portion.

As much as I dont like the warping out of no where idea, i think you guys are right. Im just in denial lol, it would be nice to see ships being constructed.

considering the demo is about 12 days away, i think this one could wait, the demo will probably be out before we get the answers back anyways.

How about "Can we enter a planet when we wan't?, to place shields, defences, organize our troops..."

#3, I think would be the best choice, seeing that we know so little about it. The "What's in the demo?" qestion would be a waste in my opinion, seeing that we will get the demo anyway. I like viewing my ships being built too, but I think this one is more relevant to the game.

The #3 question is a bit too general and we will get a simple and unclear answer. Especially that the 4th question is already replyed.

 

#1 is way more clear and important.

 

I may decide to veto the results for this poll and go number one instead. I know that Ismael will approve me. (Btw he is away for the end of the year since he changes city).

Cain you cant veto the decision of the results but if your unsure about 3 you can still just refine the question and make it a bit less general.

I think that he is right by the way. We have seen in the developer chat alone how quickly what seems to be a good question gets nulified by an incomplete or generalized response.
