Movie Trilogies/Series

I have to much damn homework and online exams(who makes a final exam due on a Saturday Night?) for college to get to go out on a Saturday night. So i'm taking a small break...

 

Your list of favorite Movie Triliogies or series, whether the series is complete or not? *small rule...series must have at three out or two out and the third to be officially released.

 

My list: *in no particular order

LOTR: Great series, they didn't go all new age or try to americanize it, they followed the book very close, although the Extended versions are better then the Theatrical versions

Indiana Jones: whips, WWII, whats not to like...though the second was prolly the worst of the three

Star Wars: The origianl version was the best, the special editions added nice graphics, the pretrilogy only had one good movie, but the OT on DVDs - Burn it

James Bond: with 21 out there your bound to like some of them, but the best were the ones with Sean Connery

Star Trek: Though the Evens ones are the better ones

X-men: With Wolverine whats not to like, hopefully third won't be as bad as it rummored

Spider-man: generally speeking one of the better super-hero movies, though the third will be great.

 

Honourably Mentions:

The Matrix:Great concept but the one was not as good as it could have been

 

Hopefulls: *not yet trilogies, but planned

The new Batman series, Underworld, The new Superman
