When Darth Vader does his force push, will it also affect his own troops as well as the rebellions? Will it affect artillary in any way?

The detail I most appreciated in that mini video is the fact that Vader loses not even a single chip of health not even after being rocketed and shot! Hell yeah for a realistic Vader!

But you see in the new G.A.M.E. preview(see http://swempireatwar.10.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=1326) Vader gets owned by the Rebels artillery. He isn't invincible! He's just really good against infantry.

I have seen it crush Rebel artillery, so it affects all of them. Also, the topic is Vader's Force PUSH, not force crush.

At least Vader doesn't have bunches of powers, or else this could get confusing.

I think that the force push should only affect his own guys. That would be real bad if Boba and Vader were walking along, Vader uses force crush on some infantry and blasts Boba away!

vaders ability to control (or influence) wildlife is called Force Corrupt and has been stated by Delphi in previous posts.

Force Push only works on infantry based units. Force Crush works on vehicles.

 

As a polish task, we recently implemented a very cool structure attack for Vader, Kenobi, and the Emperor. No other unit in the game does what these guys do. I'd love to tell ya, but it spoils everything.

 

 

I will say that when I first saw their structure attacks in game-play, my mouth dropped open and I could not control the colorful adjectives spewing from my mouth. All good of course.

As a small note, Force Corrupt is an Emperor only ability. For only he has the power to corrupt the will and minds of the weak.

Yes, we were in a 6-player tactical multiplayer game playing on Hoth. I got a an audio message indicating our base was under attack. When I centered over our base, BAM! Vader was doing his thing.

Not yet, but I have been polishing up the maps the demo will be using.

When I saw Kyle Katarn in the video on the official site it was a quick destruction of the shield Generator. The heroes are both powerful and the "annoying" type of units

Forgot to say he threw a timed detinator and when it went off I was suprised that the generator was out in one explosion. Prepared to be annoyed by heroes (in a good way)
