Stormtroopers drop from zip lines from the AT-AT and each drop point on ground maps limits how much you can land for an assault force. The more points you capture, the more units you can land.

Woot! Luke becomes available later.

Also Darth Vader was getting owned by the rebel artillery (sp I know).

lukes in too!

you can have 3 fleets at a planet at a time and you can control what is in it, you can see the planet and you forces in space above it w/o entering in battle, still don't know about viewing the ground w/o being in a battle. hyper space travel is not instantaneous.

Silly Ben :P You said what I was going to say at the end. Enjoy the video then talk ;) Well its cool how they zip down the lines then stop then 5 seconds later fall on the ground. Well I still think the hero died a bit to fast but well it was meant to rush the enjoyment level since they didn't have much time to show it. Well so thats Shola and not Mustafar, close enough and this should be fun.

Gamespot got the demo so we should be getting one now  Common lol its at gamespot so we should have one now  If not then they'll be torturing us for a bit longer

1) Looks like some sort of modified corellian corvette... But i've never seen it before.

2) Yes, it's a Venator but the EaW site already lists the Venator as a ship that's (possibly) going to be in the game.

Edit: 1) I just had a look and it does resemble a corellian heavy corvette, so that might be what it is. However the EaW website doesn't list it. It certainly isn't the corellian gunship (which is listed) because it looks almost nothing like one and the gunship was shown in the second trailer.

Don't worry, eaw-fr is prepairing the EAW video download you'll be able to see without search through gamespot videos.

Video is very beautiful, we can see the game moves a lot, it's .. addictive ! ;)

That's true, I didn't think of that. It's also possible that this is some kind of hero vessel. It would make sense if you had a hero on a vessel that it might look different.

If its on the official site and later on seen in the demo, then it's in.

Nothing's rock solid until the game launches (changes can be made even after a demo). And even after the game launches, something may be removed in a patch if it's necessary.

But yes, it's seen in the trailer and mentioned on the website so it will most likely be in.

Emotion, yet peace.

Ignorance, yet knowledge.

Passion, yet serenity.

Chaos, yet harmony.

Death, yet the Force.

I think we can pretty much be re-assured that the Venator is going to be in. It is listed on the official website, and Lucas Arts knows that once you take that big of a step it would be suicide taking it back. If they were to take back the Venator than it would cause somewhat of an uproar from the fan base. Of coruse, the Venator isnt that big of a fighting point so they could probably get away with taking it back. But I highly doubt they will remove it now.

In all actuallity they are probably waiting to show it because they want to have some things to save until later on down the road to increase fan hype. It would be a bad move to show all the ships early on because then everyone gets used to it and it isnt as fun as if you see it just a month before the release date.

Mh, dont forget to talk about this with GameSpot because this could really end in a lot of trouble... (because of copyright laws)
