New screenshots with the new website !

New ones are screenies with "24/11/2005" (we put the day before the month in French ) Just click on the picture to enlarge it !

 

As screenshots are coming from LucasArts they are small and quite ugly , but I think that X-wing in the asteroid field may be a very exciting moment

jmaster, your thread value in my opinion is all messd up, you say random or unrelative topics are useful but hten you call new SCREENSHOTS, actual pics from the game to be useless. where is the logic in that?

i also like the concept art for the stations, i expected more of an up down scheme instead of a more horizantal layout. i also like the big turret concept gun, i assume its AA?

The guy right in front of Darth Vader. I think it's possible for him to be some sort of spy unit(Remember the spy from C&C RA2?) since he looks like a rebel trooper, yet is not being attacked.

It is a Smuggler Unit. Months ago I hypothesised that it was in fact Niles Ferrier.

I think for now we can say Niles Ferrier is the "model" for the smuggler unit which will be availaible

they're putting in a few classes of what I think will be "minor" heros.

 

for instance, they have a field commander unit and a fleet commander unit.

 

Perhaps they won't be as prominent as the "Major" heroes but they will be heroes. Here's my theory on the difference between major and minor hero.

 

Major hero:

Huge boosts to abilities

special attacks

lotta hitpoints

once lost, gone forever

 

Minor hero:

good enough boosts

less hitpoints

abilities may be limited to accuracy bonuses for a few seconds and the like.

can build lots of them
