We have found out due to news and trailers that there are creatures on planets. My question is can we control them or are wild and or uncontrollable? Example: Can you control banthas, wildlife, etc. like in SWGB?

Interesting question, probably not, I think they attack everyone. Maybe if you have good standing with a race tho you will be able to use their creatures.

We saw the raclaw in the first offcial trailer so i surspect we can. If we can then there would be somthing like an animal training building or unit that tames the creature/s on the planet.

Did you mean rancor by any chance?

Anyway I don't think that that is a part of this game. The indigenous life will be there. Low intelligence animals will probably attack both sides (rancors) or would just be peaceable (banthas, tauntauns). The more intelligent species, from the FAQ that Rogue made on the LEC forums, will be able to be "wooed" to a side or maybe even lend aid to both sides. I took that to mean new alien units available to your side, but I'm not sure that that is exactly correct.

A good example, as i have said before and others have said, is that Sandpeople will be hostile to all and jawas will be rebel allies (only speculation tho)

Hehe, Force Corrupt is an awesome ability.

What exactly is this Force corrupt?

My guess would be that it is a power to control an local creatures/aliens but does it work on enemy units as well.

Who as is? Vader or Palpatine?

I guess it allows locals within a certain range to become Imperial slaves.

for the rebels, at least against an imperial computer player, maybe there'll be mini-missions on the planetary map. Like you land your troops on Endor and it pans to a group of imperials shooting Ewoks.

If you save the ewoks, you get an army of them to help you.

that could be one way of wooing the natives to your side.

you know one possibility slim as it is....

if we can harness the wildlife as vader, imagine vader with a krayt dragon or rancor as a mount!

now that would be fearsome..:twisted:

I've have you now - Lord Vader

Hmm I wonder Force Corrupt definitely sounds like a dark side power.

I wonder if lightside jedi will have a similar, but less powerful power, like "force influence" I mean Obi wan had no problem using it. It would just influence the locals to do something for you where as force corrupt is sounds like it is pretty much just making them your muppets.
