Warhammer: Mark Of Chaos

Well, views on this game? It will allow players to have forces ranging from small stealth groups to massive invasion armies, it will have a layer of customisability that will put DoW to shame, and it has graphics that will melt my comp.

 

My unhappiness about it? Just four factions (Empire, High Elves, Skaven and Hordes of Chaos)..I mean no Bretonnians, Orcs or Dwarfs? Or even Tomb Kings, Ogre Kingdoms, Beasts of Chaos, Lizardmen, or the numerous other great Warhammer fantasy races.

 

So..opinions?

Never have played the tabletop games for Warhammer, but this game looks very neat. I like the customization of armies especially.

I'll stick to my space marines thank you. Even if this is a darker type fantasy realm, its still another friskin' fantasy realm. Ehhh, l I might still try it after its out, but I really don't like medieval era combat RTSs.

Stealth Groups as in a squad of commando like units that are somewhat invisible and can do spying missions or is there another meaning to it?

In the movies about the game orcs and goblins are shown. I believe there will be something about them not to mention the tons of add-ons which can be made from the board game. I believe it will be a great beginning like it has been for WH 40K Dawn of War.

if you play chaos you can use some orc units. just if you play the empire you can use dwarf units. i want to know if theres enough dwarf units to make just a dwarf army or not

Hmmm. If you mean an army in the sense that there are enough different units, I don't know. If you mean the number allowed I don't know too.

However it's high probably that in the future we may see a drawf and orc army separated from the main stack they believe now. Like it was in Dawn of War. You were allowed to use the Imperial guards in the missions of the SM and then in WA you got a completely new IG faction.
