Attacks on the ground (by the x-wing?)

Well due to interviews and gameplay we have found out that you can send bombers etc to go down to the planet, for the empire correct? Can we do the same with rebels but instead have a major attack, look at this screenshot, it made me wonder...

Looks like you can. I thought that you could only do that with Y-wings. Huh, interesting question, maybe Delpi has a answer.

SWEET. That would rock. than after some mods are done i could have a fight between V-wing (airspeeder) and Tie-D. Just like Rouge Squdron on good old 64. which i still play

I loved V-Wings. But i wonder if Juggs mod would allow the WD to create Tie-D's

 

Anyway back on topic. Does this mean we can have reguler TIE's attack aswell?

JFYI the LoW Mod still hasn't sorted out all the units we will be adding in. We think that maybe an extra dozen or so space units and loads of extra fighters for all 5 sides. Then we have to work on the Ground forces especially the Yuzhaan Vong Warriors, Shapers, Shamed Ones and Rakamats not to mention the Amphistaff movements and All the Thud Bugs that they use.

if you could just mod in the B-wing, Interceptor, lancer, carrack and Dreadnaught, I think that's all most people will want. I enjoy the books but I don't much care for living them.
