What would you name your capital ships?

Sorry if there is a topic like this (I don't think there is). Anyway since it was learned from the live chat with some of the devs that ships will come with names already picked for them (from the SW Universe) and that you could choose to rename them if you wish. I just figured I'd make a topic where people could share some of the various names they wanted to use for renaming their ships.

 

Portha, Portha's Pride, PFF_Garbageben

Those are my first few. Portha, for those of you who haven't read the X-Wing series of books, was a trandoshan (think bossk) that helped Wedge when he made the Imp. Center guy choose the core on Coruscant. Basically it's just a random name I found and picked to use.

My Imperial flagship I think will be renamed 'The Pretty Bessie' after the Dark Jedi's star destroyer in the machinima project I write. Either that or I'll name it after our Grand Moff's one. It hasn't been named yet.

 

Like I said elsewhere I'll name one Enterprise, because I tend to name at least one ship that when I can. It will most likely end up my Rebel flagship unless I come up with something in the meanwhile.

 

Most of the others will probably remain the same as they get when they are built. Only my veteran units will get renamed after those first two.

I'll name only the most upgraded ships. Delphi said that you can upgrade armor etc., so those are the ones I'll name.

i actually sat down and played ST :Armada and wrote down all my favorite ship names from the game and I'm going to use those along with Greek and Roman hero/god names.

I'll use the names I made or used to make names also use Slovak words as names.

I'd just use Star Trek/ US Navy/ Britis Navy Names: Voyager, Enterprise, Saratoga, Victory, Relentless, Bounty, Ark Royal.....
