Why does the B-wing have an air scoop when it's a spacecraft? :?

All Rebellion fighters are also perfectly suited to atmospheric combat.

Yeah, but why would you need air intacts for a engine that doesn't require it? If anything it would hurt areodynamics in a atmosphere more than it would help it.

Why is there sound in Star Wars? How can the Death Star disappear without causing gravitational anomalies? Why anything?

If you follow physics nothing exists as there is no such thing as matter or energy as in the beginning there was a singuilarity and nothing else. Suddenly there was a load of energy= doesn't work!!

Air cooling doesn't work in places that have no air like space me thinks

The dispersal of energy in space is vastly greater than in atmospheres because of the low amount of particles in a vacuum. I believe that's also a reason for all the openings.

B-wing maby not, there just replacements for the Y-wings, tie intercepters, definaly they empire needs some speedy units.

Evacuate, in our moment of triumph. I think you overestimate their chances. :)
