You've established the fact that you found it disorganized. Now move on. I agree with Thrawn889. That is the way to run a chat in order to have maximum effectiveness. Well when i did ask Jan a question he told me that that was a question he would ask them, so he told me he was going to ask them. Now that i have read the chat i found out he lied, and didn't ask them.
