Only "super weapon" outside of the death star that I cared for was Centerpoint station, and that wasn't the empire's and wasn't a super weapon, per se. Oh, and it short-circuited when it tried to fire, and was destroyed by the New Republic shortly afterwards. Also there was the Galaxy Gun, unless that has been listed under another name already.
