What is this X-wing new story ?

Does anyone notice that when the rebles are flying away and lord vadar comes on he says the X-wing plans are stollen? I thought the X-wing is a rebel fighter. Does this mean that the rebels start out with no X-wing but you have to steal the plans from the empire to be able to make them?

Yes I have Well if they have no X-wings then that means they have pirate ships or they can copy any other faction slightly. Well then theres a hint that the Empire and Rebels start off from scratch almost or where they left off or began in the beginning.

Well if you stop the the X-Wings from being stolen you could have something like a Tie Hunter instead. I am sure that the Rebels will the X-Wing one way or an other. Its just to symbolic for the Rebels not to have.

i like ghostlys thought on it, i would like to have the rebs start off with the pre xwing ship like z95 headhunter or sumethin like that (dont know the name, sorry ) and with the imoerials i would love it if we didnt start with the TIE but with the ship seen in Ep 3 that obi wan and anakin were flyin in. im guessing it was a predeccessor to the TIE, like a xwing-tie hybrid. this would make sense because what huge battles have occurred between EP3 to pre EP4 that changed the old republic/empire starfighters to the empire TIES?

I doubt they will have Jedi Intersepters but they could have that early Tie escorting Palps shuttle in EP:3

Well since at the end of the movie there was those prototype V-Wings then well maybe thats what we'll get with a few left over Clone Fighters as support.

No one said anything about Jedi fighters... They where talking about how the early clone fighters resemble X-wings.

I know i just made a mistake. The ARC's should last longer then TIE's and be able to go on there own to places. If they are in i will tresure them.

Either the Tie Fighter or some other fighter. My point is that the ship shown in the picture was from Episode III, the game takes place 18 years after that. A better fighter had been developed by then, so it is obselete.

 

Someone is going to ask about the Venerator. It was also in Episode III, yes. But... the Imp. Star Destroyer was developed later, the fighter was developed first.

the game dose not begin at ep4 18 years later, it starts with the founding of the reble alliance ~4 years after ep3 so the ARC fighter may very well be in it.

That was acutally a V-Wing fighter. It is the Republic Version of a TIE. Oh and About the ARC's they are good craft. They don't die as easy as TIE's do.
