Oblivion delayed

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion has been pushed back to Q2 2006, which means it won't be out before Februray. Cause: Bethesda needed more time to finish the game.

Is Oblivion a first person only RPG? From the screens it looks like it.

I've seen screens from a third person view, so I'm guessing no. Well... The screens had a character in the center which I think may be the player. I haven't played any of the early games so I dunno.
