A few questions about RebEd. I would love to make the AI tougher to beat and I with RebEd you can change different things to achieve this but a few questions first.

 

1. where do you download rebed?

 

2. can you make the AI tougher to beat with this program?

 

3. If you have rebed is it true you can only play people who also have it or can you shut it off somehow or do you need to reinstall rebellion to be able to play someone who does not have rebed?

 

4. in your opinion should I get it?

 

5. Why?

Please post your editing questions in the Rebellion Editing forum, or ask it in the Questions from Newbies next time....

1. You can get it from this sites downloads section. It's the latest and only version.

2. Yes you can. You can edit all stats for the game. Like lowering the costs, maintainance, strenghtening firepower and so on. It's relative simple to use. Please read some of the Editing topics for more info.

3. Well yes. If you change the values in your game, your opponent should have the SAME changes too. Otherwise you get an error screen. You must copy the modified files to your opponents game folder. OR, save the mods with Rebed, and send only the mod file to him. He should load the mod with Rebed in his own version. Rebed has a partial installer in it, so you don't have to reinstall the whole game. It's enough to reinstall the modified files.
