I'm not holding out for a new trailer, because it does seem unlikely in my opinion. EDIT: Something weird is going on here. I think we would all agree, but I think from the developers' perspective, they have to be even more careful with this rabid bunch (myself included). We set off a firebomb that is still smoking when we learned of the SSD being off the list and getting the facts on the intended timeline. They have to know that we will analyze, pick apart, etc anything we possibly get our hands on. Just look through some of the post in this forum and you can find discussion about minute details of almost every piece of media that has been released about this game. They know that they are under the microscope on this one and we have already shown that we are an extremely knowledgable bunch (not necessarily well spelled though ). I am thinking that the chat will give us the next batch of topics that we are craving right now. If they did there will be to much management for the player. The game would be huge and take too long to develope. Like my boss always say's Keep it Simple Stupid. There is alot of people that do know alot about Star Wars in here, but should realize that its just a game. Don't get your hopes up. This will be a great game when its released. AT-AP Posted October 21, 2005 Share Posted October 21, 2005 I remember when I got Battlefield 1942 and played it a lot. Great game, but I wanted more tanks and armored combat. Lo and behold, mods like Forgotten Hope (play it, it's good!) come along and add greatly to the game, I'd even go so far as to say they made it a completely new and more enjoyable game! However, judging by what I've seen so far, Petroglyph already did so much from the start, I don't think there'll be alot to add or change once the game is out. So that goes to their credit.
