It looks like the rebel equivalent of the broadside.

That's the Corellian gunship, from Star Wars Rebellion. Used as an anti starfighter ship

How is a gunship disastrous? I think they are quite good, especially because they are equiped with missles.

GUYS rebellion has its statisics wrong the bulk cruiser was modified to fight ties, the coreillian ships had a few turbolasers but no anti starfighter turrets, and the bulk cruiser coulkd not take on ssd.

the Corellian Gunship has always been a good Anti-starfighter it was designed for that as the shipyards figured that most pirates use the z-95 or a Y-wing or the 'Uglies' (patched together parts of ships from various sources like the x-wing, tie's) so they developed a ship that was a good shot against these.
