HL2 was amazing but I wouldn't want to ruin the game by adding goldeneye tings to it.

Ok, bought HL2.

This mod may... or may not have been one thing that contributed to the buying of it.

Goldeneye story + HL graphics... the combination of the two can be hardly bad...

Don't forget to get x-fire so you can join me, ghostly, garbageben and a few others at CS.

I'm waiting for it... That and the new Alien Swarm mod coming out (hopefully) soon. I don't use X-fire do to the fact i can't play online games with my crappy satilite connection. However, I don't think it will be hard to convince the local LAN center to tack it on seeing that the guy who owns it is a Golden Eye fan. I want to see what the Havok physics engine will bring to the game.

I'm not 100% certain what X-fire is, so knowing me I'm not going to jump into it headfirst. Still, I'd be happy to join some games with you guys... and show how badly I play at my new game :)

xfire, it is a program that is like MSN Instant Messenger, only that you can also access it in the middle of a game. you can also invte your friends to matches or be invited, you can also download stuff from thier homepage like demos, screens, interviews and more, with no line! and as far as i know no ad ware, spy ware or viruses.
