We are trying to improve response times on our servers and for that we need a lot of data from people around the globe so you might be perfect for this purpose It would be nice if you could ping my page and give me a short info from where you are. All you have to do is the following: For Windows Users: (Sorry. I dont know how to do with other OS but those who have will surely know by themself ) - Open the DOS Prompt- type: ping http://www.empire-at-war.de- type: ping http://www.empireatwar.pexgames.com- Write down here: The average response time value (but if you have the time and can write down all values this would be nice)- Write down here: Where you are from (Country should do it but more detailed info are always fine )- Write down here: What time it is at your country during the test. Several tests on different day times would be ideal but they are not necessary. Im really happy if you do one:) For example an entry could look like this: ping http://www.empire-at-war.de58, 54, 53, 53 / 54msping http://www.empireatwar.pexgames.com63, 57, 57, 57 / 58msGermany, Rhineland-Palatinate16:35 CET Thats it. I seem to get: ping http://www.empire-at-war.de 154,145,131,120 / 137 ping http://www.empireatwar.pexgames.com 158,132,137,132 / 139 England, Kent.4:03 pm GMT (I'm not certain of this because I think it's an hour off true GMT because of daylight saving. I'm usless with that kind of thing. I'm in England, I'm sure someone can work it out.) Hope that helps.
