Current Standings

I thought that it was time for the new member to know the precise state of development in the Empire at war game.

 

Cain has poted in another topic that the development and addition part has finished. So all screens that we get now will either reveal new "unknown" units or show different things about the game.

 

Now the developers have gone into a thing called "polishing" in which they tweak and test the game to ensure that it has no bugs at all. There will be a lot of testing and code checking so it is unlikely that we will see Mike and the team on this forum for a while.

 

As for the Interview. On Monday I shall be sending the questions to Ismael. He will then get them off to the Petroglyph team and we will not see them ever again as far as we will not get the answers back straight away. It is unlikely that in the current state of development that we can expect the questions back for a few weeks unless there is a small amount of free time when the Petro team aren't either working or gorging themselves on their fast food.

We won't get the answers back instantly, so now's the time to sit back and wait patiently. Also sorry to dissapoint, but from the selection of questions voted for, you're unlikely to know from any answers Petroglyph may give whether 'Hapans and their Battle Dragons in the game'... whatever they are... I don't believe any of the questions were focused on learning about units.

Yeah, i think your right fosh, and october is a very safe estimate, might not be till November. But we can hope it's sooner anyway

I'll hazard a guess of late November/early December when the holiday hype is in full swing.

By then the game will have been polished and then it will have gone to LA for final tests and release to the Magazines so that they can all have a go and write amazing reviews.
