Well its the same just with more factions and new looking Rome. Eastern and Western. Heres screenshots of the menu

 

I played the tutorial and its the same and feels modded Who cares if it has SEGA logo on it its still the same old game so far. Well the troops still run around randomly and not good at formation.......

I AM SOO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO ATTILA!!!!!!! sadly though he turned all religious and he could have taken over the whole civilized world! but nio he gets religious, seeing omens, and gets \ fat and dies at the hand of one of his wives.. well that demo was exhilirating! i havent played a game like that before, i should go out and get RTW to play this. it rocks!

Has anyone figured out how to move my entire army without breaking their formation (to single line) and by not putting everyone into a big group?

You can't, that's one of the problems with the interface.

I always wished they had a button which simply was, advance! That way moving troops just into weapons range while keeping their formation would be easy.

One of the key features in the RTW expansion is the ability to fight at night. In addition to this, there have been several tweaks all over the game.

 

A friend of mine works as an artist on RTW and he knows how much of a huge fan I am of the series and has mentioned that the engine has been improved - making it better for him to design stuff

 

Someone mentioned Sega. Sega are ones to watch. They are slowly becoming a power house in the publishing world in the UK. They now publish two of the biggest selling titles on the PC - Football Manager and now Rome: Total War in addition to the first console outing for Creative Assembly - Spartan:Total War.
