Nice, kinda look like the Space Marine Sons of Sparta Chapter.

That's some very nice skinning Cain. The only criticism I have is that the model of the first picture has a slight odd patch of white at the sides at the ending chest part of the cape, where you get two odd squares of white and white. This may have been on purpose and to reperesent another material, but from here it looks like the model had square ends to the cape, and with skinning tried to make it look less blocklike. The white then looks like just where you didn't skin. Still in the bigger shots it's hardly noticeable, so it's not a biggie, I just tend to be a perfectionist in thiose areas.

 

Apart from that the skinning is top notch, very realistic. Much better than I will ever be

As for the 3D model small problems - well modeling wasm't my job - I only do thextures and ideea design.

Hmm will the realism mod screw up my saved game ? I last saved near the Britains while and they're being stubborn and haven't played that campaign for over half a year now I think.

That small patch of white is the alpha of the texture and it max it shows white but in game it's white, altough i could have made it invisble in max also i was to lazy(cain gave me to work) and this is the reason why you don't see it in the game. Cain you should be ashamed of not defending me and explaining the problem , now i've registered for this, i have a feeling you planned this.

Yeah that's the point of it, to be disgusting i replaced the oliphant cheat in rome with these so when i wanna laugh and disgust my friends (so that i alone can play rtw)

Yes the game is full of bugs, i even found some files with general names like david beckham or eminem in a file, what can i say the developers are crazy.(go to battle.txt in data.world), and this is the reason why we moders exist.

Ah, that makes sense now. They're excellent models, by the way as well. Great stuff, even the rolly polly dude with pointy trousers (It's probably best I don't ask why his trousers are pointed slightly at the front ).

 

I have a great respect for anyone capable of making good models, and though I haven't seen them moving, they look good in the various stances. I aught to ask, is Cain doing all the skinning or do you do some of it too?

they're pointy so when someone attacks they get hurt Modeling is harder then it looked but then again its easier now but takes a long time to learn

Haha the catholic priests, yes they will be in BI, the expansion for rome, you can't even belive what fantasy units are in.

No Cain made himself skins, i only made the models alotugh i can skin a little but Cain is way better than me.

Yes but i heard it has a lot of bugs, anyway you should use torrent no waiting there but the down speed is lower but not to much, good luck and have fun.

Its working now. I have to wait at least 45 min or now 15 minutes. Hope I can get this to work for my total war
