 Follow this steps

1. Open your picture with Windows Paint

2. Select it all/or only the part you want from it and give "copy"

3. Then select "image" (*it is up next to file/edit/view/image...) and select attributes.

4. Type to Width = 140 and to Height = 165... and press OK.

5. The window image will shrink and you could select edit and give paste

6. A message will pop up (maybe) sayng that the image in the clipboard is to large .... do you like it to be enlarged ? >> select no .

7. then arange your image as you wish by draging it.

8. Select File and click save us = use .JPG as a file tremination and voila ! It is done :)
