Issues playing Internationally

Hi, I used to play online without issues but recently i've only been able to play people from UK. I have rebellion and supremacy but same results from each, I have port forwarded, use dmz and tried connecting through hamachi, gamespy and global ip with several people and always get the same results...the joiner cant see anything when using global ip, when using hamachi the games visable but when trying to join takes you back to enter ip. Whether people from UK or other the game always shows up as red but UK people can join anyhow (even when they use supremacy without port forwarding and i use rebellion) and ive tried with and without patch....so confused and have spent alot of time trying to fix...can anyone help?
