Here it's eighteen, though there are instances of, ah, sexually aroused persons who are under the legal age lying about that age to older persons of the opposite sex (Well, usually of the opposite sex). If the older person gets into a sexual relationship, even without knowing that the person they go with is a minor, they will be labeled a pedophile, fined, and given jail time. Of course there are laws here, rather similar to yours in the US. But with the exception that if a girl is about 16/17 and her boyfriend lets say about 18/19 nobody really will do anything if they would have sex with each other. Because that´s quite usual. But if the guy is over 20 than it could be rather dangerous for him. Allthough I know some cases where guys were even 24/25 and did it with girls of age 14/15. It even seems to depend on the girl´s parents. I would punch the s**t out of such a guy if he would abuse my 14 year old daugther. Who cares at all?!
