No, not exactly. It´s from a kind of side-project simply called "Inquisitor", which wasn´t very successfull. But these ones are from W40K.

As far as I know Mad, yes that Inquisitor is from the Warhammer 40k Universe regardless of what game pack it was actually from.

The Monk one is from "Iron Monkey" or Siu nin Wong Fei Hung ji: Tit Ma Lau

I saw it at a friends house one time. Basic Hong Kong wirework style martial arts movie.
