Hello, I really appreciate finding such a well-documented fansite on this game, it has been 9 years it is out now!!! Great to see it's not yet obsolete. (It isn't for me at least) I have some efficiency related questions (hope someone may find the patience of walking me through)
1- If a system/planet is under the complete influence of the opposite faction, is there anyway to increase my reputation and make them favor me instead? (I know I can't use diplomats, but my guerillas don't work at all on such systems.)
2- Is it possible to increase the blue production dots of a system/planet (the ones that grants maximum space for production facilities)? because some planet have so little dots its completely inefficient to build anything there.
3-Is it possible to free a prisonner without actually invading the planet he/she is held on.
4- I have noticed that sending the required amount of troops doesn't automatically repress insurrections on a planet I have just assaulted. How may I more effectively repress insurrections much faster? (Can't figure it out, my diplomats and guerillas have never been able to efficiently do so, it just seems to vanish after some time.)
5- I am still puzzelled about the fact the opposite faction can sabotage stuff more easily than I can no matter how many Red Rebel garrisons I set (with 30 detection.) Is there a way to make these sabotages less easy (I usually post 2 regiments of normal infantry and 2 red ones (the aliens ones)?
6- How may I recrute more efficiently? Is there a pattern you guys may have noticed with time (like recrutement is easier on specific planets, with specific charismatic npcs.)
7- Is there a way to decrease the lightspeed travels time? It takes me 90 days to get from one system/planet to the other on the other side of the galactic map!!!
FINALLY: the most important question:
How many spies, guerillas and infiltrated agents does it take to make their respective missions more probably successful? I have never, to this day, been able to succeed a sabotage or a kidnapping. I have used everything stated in the catalogue (using one regiment as bait and three as actually mission undertakers, sending few troops to be undetected, sending han or high level npcs to increase the chance of completing the mission) CAN'T SEEM TO FIND THE BALANCED equilibrium! Is there a magical amount of troops required to tip the balance in my favor?
Thanks in advance for your answers! I can't wait!!!
